Hope this is in the right place. Anyone use telnet with vista and exp. the huge lag problems, if so did you find a work around for this?

Hi Montroze \:\)

Well, for a long time instead of Telnet I've used PuTTY - have you tried it? Brilliant little app: quick, neat and works on any Windows platform. It's also FAR more secure than Telnet. I'm not 100% certain unfortunately but I'm pretty sure it should work if you have Telnet access to a server.

Plugging PCTechGuide shamelessly (of course!) here's some info on accessing your server with PuTTY.
